Yep, the good old insufficient flow problem with an EGR. You can clean these yourself but it’s quicker for us to just fit a new one, it takes less time. New EGR fitted then onto the remap.
With a new EGR it allowed us to carry out a DPF regen which it couldn’t do before so that was slowly blocking up.
This started out with 101.9 bhp and 248 nm proving the accuracy of the world leading MAHA dyno. Once tuned it made 162 bhp and 329 nm of super smooth Pendle Performance torque.
